Hatha Yoga of H'mong Cottage is all about breathing and purification. A good choice for practitioners of all levels, Hatha Yoga classes can improve strength, flexibility, and balance through a series of poses and breathwork. In one hour, you can drift your worries away and focus only on the muscles and postures.
Accompanied by an instructor, your poses and movements are attentively guided.
Compared to Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga offers a slower and more contemplative pace. Get in the pose, find a suitable limit, then hold for a few minutes, you will learn to evoke the connective tissues that have rested deep in hectic daily life. Yin Yoga allows us to observe, nourish, and soothe ourselves. Keeping a posture in stillness and attending to your body's specific needs is a great way to connect and regenerate inside out.
Long holds in yin positions allow you to immerse yourself in stillness and inner thoughts.
