Extra Person Policy
If the actual number of guests (including children) check-in exceeds the confirmed number, surcharge may be apply as resort policy.
Smoking
Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, e-cigarettes, e-liquids, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco, is only allowed in designated areas as sign posted throughout the accommodation grounds. Subject to a fine of 3,000,000 VND per time.
Personal Items & Valuables
Guests should ensure that their villa door is properly secure at all times. Avana Retreat Management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in guest villas. In-room safes are provided and recommended for guest use.
Resort Property
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to resort property caused by themselves, their friends or any persons for whom they are responsible.
Pets & Service Dogs
We do not accept pets throughout the accommodation.
Privacy Policy
No drones, unmanned aerial systems, and loud noise devices allowed due to safety and private concerns, subject to a fine of 3,000,000 VND per violation.
Safety Policy
No cooking allowed within the premise and no pungent food (i.e. durian, jackfruit, etc.), subject to fine of 5,000,000VND per time
No fireworks, explosives, flammable objects, drugs and banned substances allowed, subject to a fine of 5,000,000 VND per violation.
No swimming, climbing, or entering waterfalls due to safety and natural environment concerns, subject to a fee of 3,000,000 VND per violation.
The retreat assumes no responsibility for any accidents resulting from non-compliance of the rules.
Parking
Free parking in the resort areas.
Sustainability & The Natural Environment
Avana Retreat is located in the natural environment with steep hills, landscape and waterfalls running through the retreat. Guest must follow all safety guidelines as instructed. If guests do not follow guidelines, they do so at their own risk.
Avana Retreats mission is to provide a sustainable environment for our guests, employees and the local community. The use of plastics is not encouraged in the property and/or any negative impact to the natural environment is not allowed.
Arrivals And Departures
Avana Retreat has the following check-in and check-out times and policies. Check-in: 2:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM. Any extension of stay must be reconfirmed with reception.

2. Bauhinia Mountain Suite

- All visitor information must be informed in advance to our Reception staff, including number of visitors, names and the time they will arrive and depart.
- Visitors must leave a photo ID with Security.
- Visitors are only allowed in public areas, not in the guest room.
- Guests must collect their visitors at Reception.
- Visitors can stay for a maximum of 2 hours without charge. Over 2 hours will be charged at 3,000,000VND per person. Over 6 hours will be charged at 6,000,000VND per person. All charges will be billed to the guest’s room account.
- Visitors must leave the Retreat by 17:00.
- We do not allow 3rd party contractors to visit the Retreat, i.e., professional photographers, beauticians, entertainers, etc.
Terms Of Booking & Booking Deposit
By placing a booking with us (the property owner / his/her representative) you (the lead guest) and your booking party (guests) agree to the following terms and conditions as set-out. During your stay you agree to abide by the subsequent conditions as set-out. If you have any questions about booking with us, please contact us before making a booking.
Coronavirus Guidance & Restrictions
The following Coronavirus guidance and restrictions are in place at this accommodation, in accordance with the current national and local Government guidance.
Booking Process
To place a booking with us the lead guest must be at least 18 years of age. The maximum number of staying guests per room is illustrated in the room occupancy details on the website. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival and damages as set-out within. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any third party visitors are only allowed access at our express permission.
Payments can be made online as well as by digital bank transfer. Any charges raised against us by our banks for handling dishonored bank transfers or credit cards, must be reimbursed by the lead guest within seven (7) days of any request to do so.
All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honoring this agreement or causing a disturbance / nuisance to other guests.
Cancellation, Returned Deposit & Non-Arrival Conditions
Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible and subject to the cancelation policy on your booking. It is suggested that booking guests take out appropriate holiday / cancellation insurance where required.
In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.
