Indulge yourself in the Avana culinary experience. Our restaurants support local, seasonal produce to create one-of-a-kind menus. Guests can choose the charming Green Chili Restaurant with sophisticated dishes or Cloud Pool Bar where they can unwind with a signature cocktail or premium glass of wine.
Dining at our restaurants is a special treat of Vietnam’s finest seasonal ingredients. Most of the ingredients used in our kitchen are locally grown in and around Mai Chau and sourced from the best of the country’s specialty suppliers to support Vietnamese farmers. We have our chicken farm where we let our free-range laying hens roam freely outdoors, molt naturally, and be organically fed. We collect the freshly-laid organic eggs early in the morning and bring them to Green Chili Restaurant to prepare a good-quality breakfast for Avana’s guests.
It goes without saying that the staff behind the food we serve are incredible. A kitchen crew of 32 people, of which 90% are locals, is a number we are proud to have. Through our vocational training, people who have never had experience in the restaurant industry before, have become familiar with knives and forks, have mastered the flames, and have learned to adhere to table etiquette and hospitality standards. Their passion for culinary perfection is a huge part of our success.
